The Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III, has called on business leaders to consider setting up shop in his kingdom. During a recent visit to the monarch in Warri, Delta State, the CEO of EBENCO Global Link Ltd, Ebenezer Oluwagbemiga, and the CEO of Excel Global Media Inc., Boniface Ihiasota, were welcomed and praised for their commitment to excellence and integrity in their business dealings.
The Olu of Warri expressed his excitement to host the duo and claimed that the CEO of EBENCO has been enjoying a sense of belonging in his kingdom based on his simplicity and culture of giving back to the people. The monarch emphasized that the land recognizes when one does good for the land and has no regrets for blessing EBENCO founder on numerous occasions.
The monarch also expressed his desire to see the Warri kingdom become a hub of commerce and industry and to foster economic growth and development. He called on all businessmen and women who are looking for a safe and peaceful environment to establish their businesses to consider coming to the Warri kingdom. He also highlighted the strategic location of the kingdom, which is well connected to major cities and markets in Nigeria and beyond.
The Olu assured potential investors of a peaceful environment in which to conduct their business activities and reiterated the kingdom’s long history of hospitality and peaceful coexistence. The invitation by one of the influential ‘first class’ traditional rulers in Nigeria is therefore a welcome development for those seeking to expand their businesses or establish new ones, especially during a time when Nigeria is facing economic challenges.
